Yinqiu Liu, Research Associate, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Yinqiu Liu (Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China, in 2020 and the M.Sc. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, USA, in 2022. He completed his PhD study in 2025, from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, where he is currently a research associate. His current research interests include blockchain security, mobile AIGC, and generative AI. He has published more than 60 papers in prestigious networking journals and conferences, such as IEEE ToN, JSAC, TMC, COMST, ACM CSUR, and IEEE INFOCOM. Yinqiu is the recipient of the 2025 IEEE Vehicular Technology Society Student Scholarship Award, 2025 IEEE WCSP Best Paper Award, 2025 IEEE IWCMC Best Paper Award, and 2024 IEEE ComSoc Student Competition Honorary Mention Award. |

Ruichen Zhang, Research Fellow, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Ruichen Zhang (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree from Henan University (HENU), China, in 2018, and the Ph.D. degree from Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU), China, in 2023. He is currently a Research Fellow with the College of Computing and Data Science, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. In 2024, he was a Visiting Scholar with the College of Information and Communication Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University, Suwon, South Korea. His research interests include the Internet of Agents, LLM-empowered networking, reinforcement learning-enabled wireless communication, generative AI models, and heterogeneous networks. He has published more than 60 papers such as IEEE JSAC, IEEE TWC, IEEE TMC, IEEE TCOM, IEEE TCCN, IEEE TVT, IEEE CMOST, IEEE WCM, IEEE WCL, IEEE GLOBECOM, and IEEE ICC. He has received 2 Best Paper Awards from IEEE IWCMC and has 3 ESI Highly Cited Papers and 2 ESI hot papers. He also serves as Editor of TCOM and Guest Editor for several IEEE journals, including IEEE TCCN, IEEE TAI, and IEEE JSAS. Dusit Niyato, President’s Chair Professor, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Dusit Niyato (Fellow, IEEE) is a President's Chair Professor in the College of Computing & Data Science (CCDS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Dusit's research interests are in the areas of mobile generative AI, edge intelligence, quantum computing and networking, and incentive mechanism design. Currently, Dusit is serving as Editor-in-Chief (EiC) of IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering (impact factor 7.9). He is also the past EiC and current area editor of IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials (impact factor 46.7). Abbas Jamalipour, Professor of Ubiquitous Mobile Networking, The University of Sydney, Australia Abbas Jamalipour (Fellow, IEEE) is the Professor of Ubiquitous Mobile Networking at the University of Sydney, Australia, and holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Nagoya University, Japan. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical, Information, and Communication Engineers (IEICE), a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia, a Fellow of International Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance (AIIA), and a Fellow of Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association. He is the Deputy Director for the Centre of Excellence in Telecommunications, and leads the Wireless Networking Group (WiNG) at the University of Sydney. He is the author of nine technical books, 11 book chapters, and over 650 technical papers in scholarly journals and international conferences, as well as five patents, all in the area of wireless communications. He is the recipient of several prestigious awards including the 2025 Neville Thiele minence Award from Engineers Australia, the IEEE ComSoc Harold Sobol Award, the Royal Academy of Engineering UK Distinguished Fellowship, the IEEE ComSoc Distinguished Contribution to Satellite Communications Award, the IEEE ComSoc Best Tutorial Paper Award, and 15 best paper awards. He is one of the most cited researchers in the field of mobile, cellular, and satellite networks (Google Scholar) (Scopus). He was the Editor-in-Chief IEEE Trans. on Vehicular Technology (2022-2025), IEEE Wireless Communications (2006-2008), and the IEEE VTS Mobile World (2014-2019), and an editor for several scholarly journals. Zhiguo Ding, Professor, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Zhiguo Ding (Fellow, IEEE) is currently a Professor at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He holds a few visiting academic positions, including an Adjunct Professorship at Western University, Canada, a Distinguished Adjunct Professorship at Khalifa University, UAE, and an Academic Visitor position at Princeton University, US. Previously, he had worked at Queen's University Belfast, Imperial College, Newcastle University, Lancaster University, and the University of Manchester. Dr Ding' research interests are 6G networks, communications and signal processing. His h-index is over 100 and his work receives 60,000+ Google citations. He is serving as an Area Editor for the IEEE TWC and TCOM, an Editor for IEEE TVT, and OJ-SP, and was an Area Editor for IEEE OJCOMS, an Editor for IEEE TCOM, TWC, COMST, WCL, CL and WCMC. Halim Yanikomeroglu, Chancellor's Professor, Carleton University, Canada Halim Yanikomeroglu (Fellow, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Middle East Technical University, Türkiye, and the M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Toronto, Canada. He is currently a Chancellor’s Professor with the Department of Systems and Computer Engineering, Carleton University, Canada. He is also the Founding Director of Carleton-NTN (Non-Terrestrial Networks) Laboratory. He is a fellow of the Engineering Institute of Canada (EIC), Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE), and Asia–Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA). He has co-authored a high number of articles in 33 different IEEE journals; these papers received tens of thousands of citations. He also has 43 granted patents and impactful technology transfer. He has supervised or hosted at Carleton more than 180 postgraduate researchers; several of his former team members have become professors, Canada, U.S., U.K., and around the world. He gives around 25 invited seminars, keynotes, panel talks, and tutorials every year. He received many awards for his research, teaching, and service. He has served as the steering committee chair, the general chair, and the technical program chair for several major international IEEE conferences, and in the editorial boards of several IEEE periodicals. He also served as a Distinguished Speaker for the IEEE Communications Society and the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society, and an Expert Panelist of the Council of Canadian Academies (CCA-CAC). |

Meixia Tao, Professor, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China Meixia Tao (Fellow, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2003. She is currently a Distinguished Professor with the School of Information Science and Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. Her current research interests include wireless edge learning, semantic communications, integrated communication-computing-sensing, AI-based channel modeling, and beamforming. She received the 2019 IEEE Marconi Prize Paper Award, the 2013 IEEE Heinrich Hertz Award for Best Communications Letters, the IEEE/CIC International Conference on Communications in China (ICCC) 2015 Best Paper Award, and the International Conference on Wireless Communications and Signal Processing (WCSP) 2022 and 2012 Best Paper Awards. Weijie Yuan, Assistant Professor, Southern University of Science and Technology, China Weijie Yuan received the B.E. degree from the Beijing Institute of Technology, China, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia, in 2019. In 2016, he was a Visiting Ph.D. Student with the Institute of Telecommunications, Vienna University of Technology, Austria. He was a Research Assistant with the University of Sydney, a Visiting Associate Fellow with the University of Wollongong, and a Visiting Fellow with the University of Southampton, from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, he was a Research Associate with the University of New South Wales. He is currently an Assistant Professor with School of Automation and Intelligent Manufacturing, Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen, China. He currently serves as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Communications Letters, an Associate Editor and an Award Committee Member for the EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing. He has led the guest editorial teams for three special issues in IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking, and China Communications. He was an Organizer/the Chair of several workshops and special sessions on orthogonal time frequency space (OTFS) and integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) in flagship IEEE and ACM conferences, including IEEE ICC, IEEE/CIC ICCC, IEEE SPAWC, IEEE VTC, IEEE WCNC, IEEE ICASSP, and ACM MobiCom.
